Off track cRaFtS

brIng oN the hoLidAys... I've got the DeCoR!

So most teachers while they are off track, probably relax a bit, and then start planning their back to school days. I on the other hand, have not graded papers, have not opened my lesson plan book, have not thought a minute about school. I have been doing this....

The desire to create is one of the deepest yearnings of the human soul. No matter our talents, education, backgrounds, or abilities, we each have an inherent wish to create something that did not exist before.

"Life is Sweet" - I am going to make it a seasonal thing.....put red ribbon, green M&M's inside for Christmas...you like?

Also any ideas as to what to put in these glass
things? Tissue paper, confetti?

I introduced myself to the amazing place "The Wood
Connection." They sell the wood and you make it!

This reminded me of the story "The 3 Trees" I had to make them!

You are right....there ARE sparkles on those stars!

I also have been hanging out with my bff Meg.....Her son Harrison sure has captured his "aunt's" heart!
Love him!

Also look at these darling bows my friend helped me make for a birthday gift for a little girl....
Cute huh!

Im using my parents mac and am not sure how to make these pictures fit right...so Im sorry this post is so long. Happy Thanksgiving friends! May you feel peace and joy throughout the season!

Is the Wood Connection a store or a website? I would love a place like that! Our ward did a similar thing with the clear blocks and we had a hole drilled in them and put a small strand of Christmas lights in them, with the plug sticking out so you can plug it in. They looked pretty cool. Way cute crafts!
